Ask cardiologist: I suggest you ask a local cardiologist or forward the ekgs to a cardiologist in another country through secure means. Without a detailed history and secure transmission, it would not be wise to diagnose here.

Harrison: Just go to harrison's internal medicine, look for ECG interpretation, and will give you other quick short manuals to look for and best if new to it to learn the vectorial principle of interpretation before going to esoteric ones. Or hahaha, befriend a nice cardiologist who is wiling to look at faxed ecg's, i'm sure you don't have a bunch in a day. Happy thanksgiving.
