Clomid in males ?'s: Clomid is used in males with low testosterone levels to improve testosterone production. Results are generally positive for reduction of erectile dysfunction as well as resumption of "normal" sexual function. These results are better in men less than 55 , and worse in those over 55 and with hypertension.
