My 1 year old has a cold. but he's coughing up blood.

See a pediatrician: And do this immediately. In the alternative take your baby to an er in a facility that has a pediatric department. Hopefully this will prove to be a minor problem, but coughing up blood is so abnormal that you want to be sure that nothing serious is in progress and only a professional can tell. Please go asap and i hope everything turns out well.
