Depends: The lining of the uterus can change depending on where you are in your cycle. It will be at its thinnest right after your period and thickest right before. Did your doctor say why your uterus is enlarged? Fibroids which are benign muscle tumors can enlarge a uterus. Honestly call or make an appointment to speak with doctor. If you don't understand results don't be scared to have dr review.
