After an iud removal (mirena) how long is it expected to take for uterus lining to thicken and hormones to regulate. i'm going on month 6 of very light menstruation. it's basically heavy spotting. causing me to be concerned i can't conceive?

The Mirena IUD contains an imbedded progestin, which may suppress ovulatory episodes. See your GYN physician, as the "light menstruation" may not be due to the effects of the IUD, and more testing is needed to determine the cause.
