Uterus lining normal (about 10 mm) on day 7 of cycle but no follicle found, only a 25 mm cyst from previous cycle still there. the doctor wondered why a follicle was not there because of the good uterus lining.. what does it mean? something bad?

If the "uterine linine" was "10 mm", and no new follicle was seen on ultrasound, it may indicate a lack of ovulation. Sustained estrogen production w/o ovulation may require more testing. See your GYN physician for guidance if you are pursuing pregnancy at this point.

What means? Uterus is normal, 2-3 small nabothian cyst on CX, Minimum fluid seen in cervical canal, both ovaries increased stroma and small follicles.
