Yes, Of Course: Walking or an hour will help you burn up about 200 calories extra, over a month this could be about 2 lb. However, if the exercise makes you more hungry or if you use it as a reward to eat more, you will not lose weight at all. 1 extra slice of pizza adds 500 calories, or about 5 miles of walking.
