Exercise timing/wt : Early am exercise on empty stomach is very good for you. But for for optimal weight loss you need to be acive the whole day. Dont be sedentary for the rest of the day. If you are moving around durng the day, you can use upto an extra 500 calories. It does not have to be strenuous exercise all day. Just be on the move. Teh msot you sit downa t a time for should not be more than 30 minutes.
