Get a sleep study: Snoring is annoying for sure, (and is recently linked to heart disease) but you may have a more serious condition called sleep apnea. Ask you md for a sleep study. It is very easy. You may be a candidate for a CPAP machine or a dental device to improve your airflow. Call your md for an appt and examination.

Snoring Cures: I have a very busy practice which addresses snoring and sleep apnea. I would say that you should have obstructive sleep apnea ruled out prior to just addressing the snoring. If you just have a snoring issue the combination of the pillar procedure and/or a mandibular repositioning appliance has over a 90% satisfaction rate. Other options are available for osa.
