OSA: Obstructive sleep apnea. You may have periods of no breathing and your oxygen level can drop into dangerous levels. You need a sleep study to evaluate this correctly.

Snoring: Snoring can be a sign of sleep apnea, which can put you at risk for heart attack, high blood pressure, stroke and diabetes, just to name a few. Please see your md to have an evaluation for not only sleep apnea, but allergies, nasal blocage ( deviated septum, enlarged turbonates etc).
