Dentist?: Have you seen a dentist and explained the problem to your dentist who can actually examine you, along with taking a complete dental and medical history? That's what i would recommend and the best way to diagnose your problem and suggest a remedy.

Gum disease: Gum disease (bacterial infection between the gums and teeth) is the most common cause of bad breath. Have your dentist check a periodontal screening (should be done yearly). Gerd or acid reflux would be another common cause. Research shows listerine is the best rated mouthwash for killing bacteria.
