Need more info: Without knowing what the surgery entailed and without knowing exactly what you mean by 'stomach pain' the best recommendation would be for you to be evaluated by a doctor. It is important to know where the pain is located , when it occurs and to what it is related and whether you have other symptoms and many other questions. Go see somebody soon, and hope you are better.
