Stomach pain: Chronic gastroenteritis, Helicobacter Pylori, splenic flexure syndrome, and several other differential diagnoses can be made best by your gastroenterologist. Also examine your diet and consider trial of Zantac (ranitidine) /nexium. Good luck.
