Probably MRI: For imaging of the uterus tubes and ovaries ultrasound is generally the method of choice. If for some reason another look at the pelvic organs is needed MRI is usually the next step. Ct tends to better look at the intestines. Your doctor may want to speak to a radiology doctor about which would be best for your situation. Good luck.
