A trainer gave me a diet plan for bodybuilding, but in the morning i eat two whole eggs and six egg whites(and oats). is it safe for my health?

Should be OK: Unless you have cholesterol or other metabolic disorders, your trainer is protein-loading you (in a low cholesterol way). Should not be a problem, but whey or other protein powder in morning drink (/smoothie/shake) might be easier.
