I'm calcium oxalate stone patient. i'm health concious so i need protein diet. can i eat egg? or any other protein source which is not harmful ?

You will need: A supplement of magnesium. Oxalate is an end product of normal metabolism and must be excreted. Although it involves a complicated answer, magnesium helps to prevent the formation of stones.
