Two sources of diet: Information are www.Drmcdougall.Com and www.Nutritionfacts.Org. Both doctors cite lots of research evidence for a low-fat, plant-based diet for good health. Dr. Mcdougall has several cookbooks, including one with recipes that can be prepared in 15 minutes or less. There are many good vegan cookbooks in bookstores and on line.
