Too much: Although no one, including me, can tell you with absolute certainty that two eggs a day will cause harm, it is generally considered a risk factor for heart disease and diabetes. If you want a healthy complete protein (all 9 amino acids) eat quinoa instead. It's gluten free.

People on a low-cholesterol diet may need to reduce egg consumption; adding one egg daily could increase LDL level by 12%. Two eggs could increase it by 24%. So, not good for health.
