Why have the test?: Clearly the test was performed by someone for some reason. The best way to interpret these results is in consultation with the doctor who ordered them. There is no reason to do such a test unless you have an allergic issue, either asthma, rhinitis, gastritis, anaphylaxis, or a skin reaction. Therefore, see the doc providing your care and discuss what you should or should not do with them.

Complicated: ImmunoCAP blood tests are useful for foods, but the tests need to be ordered specifically based on the allergic reaction and likely potential causes. I treat patients not lab tests. The tests are very good at showing sensitization, but classically a positive test infers a 50% chance of being allergic to that food. The best answer is see a professional to order and interpret the right tests.

No: Food allergy testing is notoriously inaccurate when the result is positive. Your results are very low and If you are certain that you never had a reaction to eating any of them then no problem and the test result can be considered a false positive.
