Small portions: Fasting is a bad idea, you will only eat more in the end. Eating smaller portions containing lean protein, fruits and vegetables are the answer. 85% of people that lose weight and keep it off have breakfast, while only 30% of these people exercise. Skipping breakfast is more important then exercising! that should answer the question.
