Get checked: You need to get checked by your doctor. Lymphoma is a consideration only if the lymph nodes are over 1 cm in size and are progressively increasing in size. Weight loss can be a sign of cancer but only as a late feature. There are other causes for weight loss. So you need to have a medical examination to help you sort it out.

Weight loss concern: 18 year old male, asks Lymphoma? small little bump in neck, having weight loss? Blood work normal. Of concern because of weight loss, should see PCP/ Specialist for important Laboratory/ Imaging studies; Biopsy may be needed. Then, again, it could be something totally benign and the doctor would also know.
