Weight loss: Intermittent fasting is simply not eating for a number of hours a day. You stop eating at say 9pm and you do not eat breakfast or anything in the mornings. In fact you work out each morning before noon. Drink plenty of water. Take a vitamin. This throws you into ketosis which promotes fat loss and weight loss. You must eat vegetables, some form of protein and some form of beans when you do eat.
