Not a good plan: Intermittent fasting may not be a good plan, because every time you do that, you slow your metabolism. You want to increase muscle also -- not lose it as you can through fasting. Muscle burns more calories to maintain, than fat does. Working with a nutritionist and trainer (they could be the same person) can help you develop an individualized program to lose the weight.
