Usg abdomen showing hypoechoic lesion in utres. is it malignant lesion or may leads to fibroid? please send me answer

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: It is unlikely for a patient in your age group to have a uterine malignancy. It could be a fibroid or a polyp. Sometimes your doctor will recommend a special ultrasound test called a sonohysterogram where they instill a tiny amount of saline in the uterus. The other way to look is called a hysteroscopy where we look inside the uterus with a camera. I'm sure your doctor will help you determine.
