No dairy is OK: You don't have to drink milk or eat dairy to be healthy. Lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds are adequate. Water is the perfect drink, 4-6 glasses a day. Keep with your multi-vitamin. If you want to try greek yogurt that might be a dairy option for you, but not necessary. Better yet, look for good vegan recipes and resources.
