What are some healthy dairys? i eat healthy and a lot but only drink water and not many dairy foods. oh and i take a multi vitamin.

You don't have to drink milk or eat dairy to be healthy. Lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds are adequate. Water is the perfect drink, 4-6 glasses a day. Keep with your multi-vitamin. If you want to try greek yogurt that might be a dairy option for you, but not necessary. Better yet, look for good vegan recipes and resources.
