Not harmful: It is far preferable to get all of your vitamins and nutrients through consuming a healthy diet rather than taking supplements. Eat 7-9 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Eat adequate amounts of protein and limit carbohydrate intake. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
