Multivitamins: You're right, but there are some guideposts, such as whether or not natural vitamin e (mixed tocopherols and trienols) are used; content of vit. D (should be at least 1000iu); using beta-carotene rather than retinols, etc. For helpful info on how to select vitamins, see: http://www.Multivitaminguide.Org/ there's also a list on the site, but it doesn't include every single good product available.
