What is the difference between disability living allowance and employment and support allowance?

None: Disability is a certification of inability to make income, and cash is paid depending on the organization responsible (government/private). Allowance for hired help or funds for housing are a separate function, usually by state agencies to reduce institutionalization rates. They do not involve cash to the disabled individual.
