What is the difference between fmla, maternity leave, and short term disability?

Forms: FMLA forms protect your job. You don't get paid but it allows you to take time off without risk of truancy. Maternity leave is the term for taking off time for pregnancy. ST disability is a different form that goes to the state so that you can get a percentage of your income reimbursed while you are out of work. Hope that helps.
