I drop a 30ish pound table from about 2 feet on my foot it is swelling its about half a golf ball lump is it fractured?

Maybe (not) . . .: Get an xray. That's only way to know for sure if bone is broken or not (short of it being at a funny angle or sticking thru skin).

See a professional: You will need and x-ray to see if you have a fracture. If fractured, you will need to be immobilized with a splint, cast, or rigid walking boot depending on the location of the injury. You may need surgery if there is vascular compromise or if the fracture is not stable or is displaced. Have you physician determine which course of treatment is best for you.
