What causes your inside ankle to have burning and tingling sensation that travels to foot and extreme lower front part of leg? also swelling when up on feet very long? i have injured it a couple of times before, rolled it 1st time and fractured 2nd

Those with deformation of the distal medial tibia and or pes planus sometimes develop posterior tibial neuropathy at the level of the ankle/foot with symptoms much as you describe. Dr. R.

You need to get this evaluated in person. You’re too many possibilities for your symptoms. With a history of previous injury make city even more important to seek medical help.

That sounds like a nerve issue. Could be swelling putting pressure on a nerve. Could also be entrapment of a nerve. Have a foot and ankle specialist evaluate for more information
