Ganglion cyst?: Sounds like this could be a ganglion cyst (fluid filled bump). Does it move around? Could be interfering with a nerve causing the "fuzzy" feeling in the toes. Usually there is no bruising with a ganglion unless the cause was trauma. This should be checked out by your physician. You can never be too cautious about bumps or lumps.
