Dont like keto: I prefer a lifestyle change to any other plan but to get started use Atkins which is similar to keto but in my opinion safer.there are 4 phases ane plenty of fruits and veggies in this.The main premise is to not have the tendency to cheat and write down everything that you put in mouth and do not worry about counting calories.Exercise forthe weight off waist and take your time,this is lifetime
