Weight loss: The key to weight loss is all about decrease calorie intake and increase calorie expenditure. This means eating less and moving more. If you are able to eat less overall due to intermittent fasting, then weight loss may be achieved. It depends on how long the fasting is. if it's not too long, than you probably won't over eat. But if it's more than 4 to 5 hours, than it can make you over eat.
