Can be helpful: This plan is based on the way primitive humans ate. Before agriculture developed food was caught or foraged and the amount available was not consistent. This meant long stretches without any food. The theory is that now we consume all day every day but our physiology is still similar to our ancestors. If you have no medical problems and take no meds you can try on your own otherwise seek advice.
