Dental exam 1st: You need to see a dentist for an examination and x-rays. When a tooth is removed, the bone that supported it will recede. There are various options available to retain the bone at it's current level (dental implant placement). Your dentist may also determine if this area would benefit from gum and/or bone graft. By replacing the lost tooth, you may then put less stress on the other teeth.

Fill in the space: An implant or a bridge will replace the missing tooth and help to equalize the biting pressure on that side.

See your dentist: Get things checked while they are still simply managed. Tissue grafting, routine cleanings, proper oral hygiene are the best ways to minimize treatment.

Horizontal bone loss: You may have horizontal bone loss. Which is next ot impossible to fix. Getting a dental implant and using the crown to forma papilla next to the tooth may improve the appearance. But it is very individual based and oyu may not get a perfect result.

Grafting: To level out the gum line a procedure called an onlay graft can be performed to level out the gum line by building up the deficient area with soft tissue taken from the roof of the mouth.

Go to a periodontist: Sometimes we can make bone grafting with gum surgery( tissue graft) and placement of implants.
