Dental Consult: These types of questions cannot be answered by posting such a general question and without being able to actually examine you in person and see x-rays of your teeth. Having said that, the problem could be with a loose crown, the abutment or the implant fixture itself. See the dentist who restored the tooth, if possible, or another dentist to discuss your options.

Call immediately: If you have had a dental implant, and it feels loose, either the implant "de-integrated" or the post/screw are loose. A failed implant needs to be immediately removed to avoid further bone destruction or infection. A loose screw needs to be retightened immediately to prevent fracture of the screw, implant head, or bone loss around a good implant due to a bite that is off. Please call at once.

Obviously needs to : Be evaluated by a dentist asap, preferably the treating dentist. More often than not, its a crown loosening or the abutment loosening or screw retained crown loosening. If that's what it is - its an easy fix. If its the implant body itself, that's a bigger problem. Get checked put asap. Hope this helps.
