No: Porcelain would be a poor choice as it would break easily, porcelain to metal would be difficult to make an aesthetic restoration . If the space is not to great a zirconium restoration could work, surgery to create more space is also an option.

Not sure...: I cannot clearly visualize your question. However, i can help by letting you know that your dentist should do a thorough evaluation of all your mouth to provide the best solution even for one missing tooth. If there is a clearance issue with an opposing tooth there are options for managing that as well. Please see your dentist. If you need one search online for one with really nice reviews.
