Probably extraction: If the tooth is as badly shattered as you describe, you will probably need the tooth extracted. Consider a bone graft (if determined necessary by your dentist) and then subsequent dental implant and restoration.

See dentist: See your dentist soon ..If the crown part of the tooth is crachcked without affecting the root part tooth can still be restored..Get it treated before it grts worse.
