Yes: Dental implants are a safe predictable procedure, but not everyone is a candidate. If you have a denture, you may need multiple implants to replace it completely, or you could have just a few to help anchor your denture in better. Talk to your dentist about possible options.

Usually: Dentures are perhaps the most uncomfortable and unnatural replacement for missing teeth. Implant retained dentures or a fixed bridge retained by multiple implants are a tremendous improvement and the next best thing to your own natural teeth. In healthy individuals and restored by skilled and experienced dentists, they are completely safe. See a prosthodontist (or two) for a consultation.

Healthy + implants y: If you are healthy you are a candidate. If you need bone , get a bone graft you will love your implants, and throw away your denture. Or get a denture secured with implants and take out the palette.

Likely: Not sure what you mean by safe.Implants are wonderful for retaining and supporting a denture. Also excellent for replacing missing teeth where denture may have been.We often use as few as 4 to rebuild an arch of teeth (10 -12 teeth). The success rate is in the high 90's %.They can be used for a single tooth or combined to support a bridge.Bite adjustment is critical--different than tooth adjustment.

Yes: Dental implant procedures are safe and are the best treatment available to replace teeth. It is far superior to a denture and the teeth on the dental implant(s) can feel and look natural. See a dentist. Good luck.

Yes: Dental implants are a safe and very effective way to rid yourself of removable dentures. There may be grafting procedures need as well depending on if you have lost a lot of bone over the years. There are several types of implants that may be used, even to avoid grafting. I would try to avoid "mini implants" because these tend not to be a permanent fix and trend to do more bone damage over time.

ABSOLUTELY: Dental implants are a great way to replace dentures. But beware..It is an expensive investment alternative and you must be diligent with your homecare and the things you eat or vices like chewing on hard objects. Think of why you have dentures in the first place and don't repeat that process. If a full mouth of implants is not affordable, mini implants can be used to secure your present dentures.

Yes: Dental implants are the treatment of choice for missing teeth. A removable denture may be replaced in many different ways, with the use of dental implants. We find the all-on-4 technique to be especially beneficial. Go consult with your local prosthodontist.

Reasonably so...: The dental implant can be used to support an existing denture. The implant can also be used to support a new restoration to replace the denture. A consultation with an experienced dentist can help you to make the decision on using the existing denture or making a new restoration for the missing teeth.

Maybe: Depending on what your current prosthesis is, how much bone loss you have, what your cosmetic goals are, and what financial investment you wish to make, we can often replace a denture with an implant prosthesis. Your case needs to be evaluated by a prosthodontist who is skilled in complex treatment planning and implant prosthetics. Go see them !
