That depends: I presume you are talking about a mouthguard, not an orthodontic retainer. If you have a well fitting partial denture and you have a custom mouthguard made to properly fit with it, the answe is yes. I would not wear an over the counter mouthguard. If you have a full denture then no do not wear them together. Instead take out the denture and have a mouthguard made that fits without the denture.
