Yes (in general): Your dentist should provide home care instructions, but in general denture cleaning tablets are ok for these type of retainers. There are a number of "brands" of invisialign type retainers so you should really check with your dentist. Never soak it in mouthwash--the alchohol in most mouthwashes will ruin it.

Advisable: Make sure to wear retainers exactly as directed. Brush very gently w soft toothbrush 2x/day (no toothpaste, scratches the plastic ). Soak in Denture Cleaner 1x/day for at least 20 minutes.
