Combo: Take 3 Ibuprofen ad 2 extra strength tylenol (acetaminophen) every 6 hour if you are over 150lb. This combo is as good as vicodin in some studies.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): As long as you don't have allergies to tylenol (acetaminophen) or liver disease, tylenol (acetaminophen) 1000 mg every 8 hours should help!
