Temp solution: To temporarily relieve pain, you can use orajel. Other than that you have to bring your daughter to the dentist again for some stronger analgesics.

Teething pain: Teething is uncomfortable but very rarely ever causes "severe pain". Why is she taking an antibiotic? Does she have an infection? This is not typical of teething either. There may be a flap of gum covering the erupting tooth that is trapping food and germs. If so, this can be trimmed off. Have dentist re-evaluate her and if need be see an oral surgeon. In mean time rinse with warm salt water.
