Infection: You have an acute raging infection that can spread and cause serious systems damage. Please call your Dentist to see if they can treat you NOW. If not, find another Dentist that can, or an Oral Surgeon, or an Endodontist. Know that taking 800mg Motrin and driving or operating machinery is not a good idea.

Emergency Appt: You are going to have to find another dentist who can see you sooner, or you will have to clear your schedule to accommodate any opening a dental office might have. An exposed nerve can result in pain that is unbearable... in the end you will suffer a lot, all which can be avoided.

See any dentist: A tooth ache like this won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. Se any dentist for evaluation, x-rays and proper treatment.
