Wisdom teeth removed(12hrs ago) i feel no pain. should i still take my narco & motrin as a preventive measure? or is it unsafe to take without pain?

I would suggest: tapering off of the Narco and use the Motrin for several more days. If complications occur it is usually in days 3-5 after surgery .
