Can someone show me in the saggital view where is the #1 tooth located in relation to the end (thinnest part) of the hard palate? thanks.

Not without you: Need you and the x-ray ! typically, however, the tooth will be lateral to the hard palate, on the right side. Vertical position is variable. Also, the palate is very thin throughout.

Nearby: Tooth #1 is the right maxillary third molar or wisdom tooth. It is at the distal end of the right maxillary alveolar process of the maxilla and just anterior to the distal edge of the hard palate. Does that help?
