Pressure: Pressure from your cyst on the back of your palate could be pressing it forward, producing sensations more to the front. Another issue could be referred pain where symptoms appear away from the problem's source. Either of these factors could be in play.

Palate pain: The cyst of your wisdom tooth should not be causing the pain you have in the front of your mouth. You need to see an oral surgeon for a complete examination to help you with both the wisdom tooth and determining what is causing the pain in the front of your palate.
