I ve got 1cm lump on the my palate left hand side roughly 1cm from the last tooth!thank you for your help!

Several possible: Causes. Let your dentist or and oral surgeon take a look for diagnosis. Possible infection related to adjacent tooth, minor salivary gland issue, or a cyst. Very difficult to know w/o exam.
