See your dentist: It is impossible to tell what is causing this lump, there can be many things going on. It is important to get this evaluated by a dentist.

Several possible: Causes. Let your dentist or and oral surgeon take a look for diagnosis. Possible infection related to adjacent tooth, minor salivary gland issue, or a cyst. Very difficult to know w/o exam.
