Eyelid Twitch: Blepharoplasty may help an eyelid twitch, but don't get the surgery just for that. If the twitch is on the upper eyelid, then often a bit of the muscle is removed from there during surgery. If it is on the lower eyelid, muscle is generally not removed from there so the twitch may not change. Botox can help improve an eyelid twitch, and it is covered by insurance if done for this purpose.

No: Eyelid twitch has nothing to do with the shape of the eyelids. It is a muscle spasm usually due to some mineral deficiency.

Eye twitching: Blepharoplasty is not the treatment for eyelid twitching and will not cure it. Botox is the best treatment. Before all this you need to get checked by an ophthalmologist to rule out any other eye or brain issues.

No: That is not the reason to undergo a cosmetic surgery designed to reduce skin redundancy and fatty deposits around the eyes. You are a bit on the young side for this type of surgery and it won't fix twitching.
